Cancellations and No Shows

Please understand that to schedule a massage is a commitment of time between you, the client, and me, the therapist. Time is a very valuable resource for us both. Therefore I commit to being at work on time and that during your session you will have my full, undivided attention. In return, you promise to arrive for your appointment on time. All of that being said, I understand that life happens. It happens to me too.  If possible, please contact us via the office phone within 24 hours if you need to cancel.  In return, if I am for some reason unable to uphold my end of the commitment, I will inform you of the situation as soon as I am aware of it.  If no contact has been made regarding your missed appointment, you will be charged at the next appointment the full price of the missed appointment as well.

For weather – related issues, safety comes first. Always.  Please just call and let me know the situation.  And I will do the same.

Inappropriate Behavior

All joking aside, we are here to provide you a therapeutic massage and anything else is, well, in bad taste. If the therapist feels threatened or asked to perform services beyond a therapeutic massage, she will ask you kindly to please stop. If need be, based on the therapist’s discretion, she will terminate the session, and ask you to dress and leave.  You will be expected to pay the full amount for the session. She will not schedule another appointment with you.
